Yes, if John Kerry becomes President, it will take 20 useless UN resolutions, a war, and 12 more years before we do anything about this situation. This is what happens when you have a lax foreign policy of appeasement as Bill Clinton had. He was too busy worrying about taking care of his Chinese friends and special interests than in doing what was right for America. He allowed our intelligence to become terrible, and did everything to cripple the CIA and the military. Look at what it has reaped. Proliferation has skyrocketed, and now we are facing a reality of rogue nations who may need cash selling tech of WMD to terrorists. Thank you, Clinton Administration.
