Kerry Projecting Again: This Time it Is 9/11
From the San Francisco Chronicle:John Kerry on Sunday accused President Bush of "stonewalling" separate inquiries into the events leading up to the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorists attacks, as well as into the intelligence that suggested Saddam Hussein was hiding weapons of mass destruction in Iraq.
Kerry, the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee, endorsed complaints by some members of a federal commission investigating the attacks that Bush was resisting their efforts to get documents and question witnesses.
"Why is this administration stonewalling and resisting the investigation into what happened and why we had the greatest security failure in the history of our country?" Kerry said at a hastily arranged news conference.

Retired FAA agent warned 9/11-type attacks were possible.
In a May 7, 2001, letter to Sen. John Kerry (D-Mass.), retired FAA Special Agent Brian Sullivan wrote that the FAA needed to change its security focus from hijackings to take hostages to the possibility of terrorists targeting airliners for much more sinister purposes.
"While the FAA has focused on screening for handguns, new threats have emerged, such as chemical and biological weapons," Sullivan wrote. "Do you really think a screener could detect a bottle of liquid explosive, a small battery and a detonator in your carry-on baggage?
"And with the concept of jihad ," Sullivan continued in an ominous foreshadowing, "do you think it would be difficult for a determined terrorist to get on a plane and destroy himself and all other passengers? The answers to these questions are obvious."

You see, here is the truth hamsters everywhere are trying to spin. Liberal Democrats knew about the threat of terror and terror attacks. THEY KNEW!!! But, they DID NOTHING. Oh sure, they would launch a few cruise missiles at a baby food factory or fire them up a camel's butt, but they did nothing substantive. Well, liberals hate to admit they were caught with their pants down (literally, in Clinton's case) again, so they come up with TOTALLY UNSUBSTANTIATED innuendo about Clinton warning Bush about 9/11, which is complete bull****.(There Matt, saved you the trouble of editing :) ) Liberals were blind to the harsh reality of this world, thinking if we only give them more money and be nice, people will not hurt us. WRONG AGAIN, appeasers!
Kerry and Clinton's doing nothing helped usher in 9/11. Bush has been fighting to get us up to speck since then, don't send us back to the See No evil, Hear No evil, throw money at evil days of the Liberals.
