Goldberg strikes again.
And like Jonah, I am finding myself caring less and less about the Miers nomination. It was a bad pick in my opinion, but there is little to be gained by opposing it at this point. At least until the hearings, I don't plan on saying much of anything about it...
At least we have our health...
