AP News Alert:WASHINGTON (AP) President Bush says the United States is seeking a diplomatic solution to the dispute with North Korea but cautions that diplomacy will take time.Time is something I'm not real sure we can afford to barter with for too much longer.
I don't think North Korea has the capability to strike America yet. But they clearly have the ability to strike Japan. And that would be bad.
