Jobless rates in Hamilton and Middletown have surpassed the county numbers. The county is at 6.4% down just a bit from the previous month and still well below the state figure of 7.3%. The answer for Hamilton and Middletown: More taxes ought to fix that..... Or not.

Speaking of Middletown, their police chief accidentally shot himself...
