Regular readers of WMD know that Tom Blumer of BizzyBlog.com is a co-host of the TIB All-Stars Show. In the third hour of this past weekend's show, Tom and I got to discussing the federal court ruling that ObamaCare is unconstitutional. Unfortunately for the American people, President Obama doesn't give a rip about being in contempt of court and is moving forward with his job-killing policy anyway.
All of which brings us to Mike DeWine, Ohio's new Attorney General, who campaigned pretty heavily against ObamaCare. He won, got in to office, joined the lawsuit and near as anybody can tell, he washed his hands of the whole thing.
Blumer has a piece up at his place explaining the whole situation and outlines what DeWine really must do if he is to fully comply with his campaign promises.

Let's hope that Mike DeWine meant what he said and that he isn't just going to sit on the sidelines. Ohio deserves better than we are getting from ObamaCare.
