We received a package from the Wide Awakes Radio Network which included our microphones. I have ordered up two more (as backups in case of equipment failure - one thing we learned from the tv show is that equipment fails all the time) from Amazon and they, along with 4 flexible p-popping screens, should arrive prior to our first show.
Doug Battson, the TIB Network producer for the WMD Program, and I started working out how we are going to set up the studio. We've got about a week and a half to get the basic setup running. We've got some ideas for the long-term setup that should make for a nice facility.
If you are interested in advertising on the WMD Program, we are going to have 4 30-second slots available. I'm not real sure what the cost for that is going to be, but if you are interested in securing some time, email me.
I'm thinking that I'd like to dedicate a portion of that time to running free ads for blogs in the State of Ohio Blogger Alliance. So, if you are a member of the Alliance and would like to put together a thirty second ad, let me know.
I'd also like to do a segment of the show devoted to blogs in the State of Ohio Blogger Alliance...if you are interested in being on the show, you know the drill...
Remember, the Wide Awakes Radio Network launches on July 4th! The WMD Program airs on Sunday nights from 7 to 9PM (Eastern).
