David Kay Preliminary Report on WMD in Iraq

We at Weapons of Mass Discussion encourage all our readers to actually READ the report Mr. Kay filed and not rely on "news analysis." We think you'll be surprised by what you'll find when compared to the reports you've been hearing from the media.

Matt's Chat

Mr. Kay's team found enough already to prove the violations of the UN resolutions. That is more than enough justification on the WMD front. The argument comes down to the "immenent threat" portion of the justification, and for that we have relied on intelligence reports which may or may not have been accurate. That isn't the fault of the administration, but rather a failure on the part of the intelligence services.

Mark's Remarks

But Matt, are you trying to say that the media does not have a conservative bias? DUH!!!! Whoever thinks the media does not have a liberal bias needs to buy a clue!!!! This report provides more than enough justification for the war, especially when taken with our arguments presented by Matt in his report. But of course, it would make the media look bad for smearing the president, and being part of the liberal attempts to smear him. The liberals will not recant their charges until Kay shows up with a nuke or VX gas on the capitol doorstep...when he does, i hope the republicans are takinga vacation......
