These people don't have rights in this country. What makes them think they can do this? Not that I support Wal-Mart or their practices, but for me the issue is that illegals do not have rights and shouldn't be allowed to sue. They should be deported immediately to their nations of origin. Do not pass go...do not collect $200 million or whatever they would ask for...

I agree with Matt in part. While they should not be allowed to sue, as they were the ones who agreed to work under whatever practices or conditions, these people have basic rights to life. They should not be allowed to sue, however, unless bodily/emotional harm was done....I do not see t hat. They should be deported, and if they want to come and work here legally, fill out the necessary paperwork and wait your turn like your fellow citizens from other countries who wait to come here to this land of opportunity.
