Partial Birth Abortion Signed in to Law; Restrained by Judge

One of the issues I had with Bush 41 was that he was beholden too much with his nominees....he caved and named more moderates, and in some cases, got liberal approval before naming his nominees...We can see the results of trying to build bridges....they will backstab you later, as right now this judge is doing, and as are the Democrats in the Senate.....and in the House....no real partisanship there, is there?
