Why is there not punishment? Is gross sexual imposition on a minor or importuning not a crime, even if it is done by another minor? This is an outrage, that a school would bring no charges against the students....The adult monitor was not doing their job, but if it were your daughter, would you want there to be no charges? Come on....This is what I have been talking about...the liberalization of values by the liberally biased media.....The messages are out there about sex, and it is no wonder that STDs are on the rise and that teen pregnancy continues to be a problem.....Where is the outrage by the community.....??????
