Terror Plots Averted

From World Net Daily:
A plot by terrorists to use dirty bombs laced with the deadly chemical osmium tetroxide to attack U.S. targets including the Sears Tower in Chicago was uncovered by British intelligence and law enforcement authorities, according to a report in Joseph Farah's G2 Bulletin.

British police and military bomb experts passed on information to their U.S. counterparts.
...
Though it is not clear from the sources that al-Qaida was behind the plot, Osama bin Laden's network had previously eyed the Sears Tower as a target, following the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks
...
A plan to launch a chemical attack in Britain had also been prevented.

Matt's Chat

I believe it was John Kerry who said that President Bush was overplaying the terrorism angle. Thank God. I blame Bush for preventing these attacks. The focus is there folks and we are winning. We still have a lot of work to do, but we are making great progress.

Mark's Remarks

Yes, unlike the Left, which thinks terrorism is all about law enforcement, and seeking tounderstand WHY they hate us, this administration and its international partners are working hard to fight and thwart terror, using the means necessary....Isn't it a shame that we are not hearing more of this international cooperation from the Partisan Press? Could it be they are trying to influence an election by not reporting successes of the current administration? Could it be they have an agenda in not reporting successes of the United States under George W. Bush? Could it be they want to perpetuate the MYTH that we are going at this fight alone? Hmmm......
