Ron Reagan Jr. will be speaking at the Democratic National Convention this year. Apparently his speech will not be political (HAHA! Good one Junior!) but rather will be devoted to stem-cell research.
Supposedly this will be embarrassing to Republicans, but I don't see how. Junior has been known to be a liberal for quite some time in conservative circles. I mean, have you heard him speak on ANYTHING? He merely serves to smear his father's legacy and the Party he rebuilt.
Since the Democrats are exploiting Reagan already, I encourage the Republicans to invite Michael Reagan to speak at their convention. Now THAT would be inspirational.

Ron Reagan Jr. may have his father's dna but he does not have his compassion, his vision, or his legacy. Those belong to Michael Reagan, a son a father could be proud of, not one who gallivanted around the country in danskins proving an embarrassment to his parents, whose only modern claim to fame other than his name is that he is the commentator for some dog shows.Ron Reagan Jr. is a disgrace, he spit on his father's legacy while his father lived, and he is doing it now in death. The man has no shame, no core, no heart. I grieved and sympathized with him and his family during the funeral, but he has shown he has learned nothing from his father, other than simply to disdain everything he stood for.
I would love to see Michael Reagan take on Ron Jr. After all, Mike was picked.
