Speaking of corrections, apparently I made another goof.
In late June, Polish forces found some shells that initially tested positive for sarin and/or mustard gas.
Regular reader Peter van P. notes this article in which it appears now that those shells do not in fact contain the agents.
While my point in the original story was that the mainstream media didn't cover the find, I can certainly see how folks could have been mislead.
Now, I've done two corrections today which is more than what I can say for the mainstream media... We are not held to any sort of "journalistic ethics" but when we make a mistake, we try to fix it.
