Cheney Q: unilateral sanctions

By Mark for the TIB Network:

Was against Unilateral sanctions, because if you don't have support from other nations, then all your sanctions do is punish American businesses. This is a valid point, one proven true since Thomas Jefferson's failed embargo against the Brits in the 1800s. If you don't have other countries joining in (you know, like the multilateral talks with N. Korea John Kerry doesn't like), it does nothing but hurt American businesses.

Edwards evades the question on unilateral sanctions, talks about the past, ignoring the fact that Cheney said after 4 years he would not lift sanctions....

Edwards, you cannot have it both ways...you can either engage in diplomacy or not, but you can't have it both ways!

John Kerry Delenda Est!
