Edwards just tried to say that the President is the reason why there isn't a Patient's Bill of Rights. That is a lie. This President has not vetoes a SINGLE piece of legislation. NOT ONE. If there isn't a Patient's Bill of Rights, it isn't because of the President of the United States.
