Sinclair Broadcasting intends to preempt programming prior to the election for the airing of Stolen Honor, a documentary about POWs hurt by John Kerry's 1971 Senate testimony.Kerry/Edwards' lawyer, Marc Elias has written Sinclair a letter, but the letter fails to mention that Sinclair offered Kerry an opportunity to rebut and the CANDIDATE REFUSED.
I'm no lawyer, but I don't see the legal merits of their "case." And apparently the FCC didn't either...
