I don't think that Islam itself is the problem. It is the Islamofascists that has people concerned. And they should be concerned.
Rather than channelling that concern into defeating the terrorist Islamofascists, it seems to me that Europeans, in general, are taking it out on Islam itself. Your mileage may vary, but that's how I see it. Perhaps one or two of our European friends will weigh in on the subject...
