An hour or so ago, I received an email from Amy Joan Schneider indicating that her hearing to get a new judge on the case didn't go well. Furthermore, shortly after the hearing, Judge Webber turned over guardianship of the the two children in question over to her sister and brother-in-law in Texas. Also, Amy Joan now faces a contempt charge being filed by the attorneys on the other side. I'm trying to sort out all the legal stuff...man, we sure could use a lawblogger on the WMD staff...but I wanted to get the update out as soon as I could.
