Europe Wants to Disregard Bowman's Warning

Astronaut Commander David Bowman sent a warning to his fellow Earthers about the planet Europa which I have captured and pasted below...
Now it appears that Europe would rather let curiosity get the best of them...and they are inviting the US to tag along for the ride.
The next big cooperative European-US space mission will be to Europa, the ice-crusted moon of Jupiter.

A joint working team is being set up to consider what sort of spacecraft would be needed and what each side could do.

Officials in Washington and Paris are keen to follow up the spectacular success of Cassini-Huygens at Saturn.
Dr. Bowman couldn't be reached for comment. Former Chairman of the Council of Astronautics, Dr. Heywood Floyd declined comment muttering something about a "monolith."
