These jokers cannot be serious. They have treaties outlawing child molestation and their own operatives engaged in that egregiously in Africa and other places. They have treaties outlawing genocide yet Koffe the Joke sat back and let it happen in Rwanda and is letting it happen again now in Africa as SEC Gen.
They had a treaty outlawing weapons trading with Iraq. We found French and Russian weapons dated after the ban went into effect.
Anyone seeing a pattern here?
