According to the Hamilton Journal News, Mr. Blackwell will be in Hamilton to discuss "activities coming out of his office as well as his efforts to put an amendment to limit tax spending on the November ballot" with local business leaders at the Hamilton Chamber of Commerce's Red Carpet Luncheon on Thursday.
