According to court documents (Hamilton County Common Pleas Court Case No. A-0203927), "Poor Paul" Hackett has a lot of trouble not using curse words when he becomes frustrated, even during court proceedings. In 2003, Hackett lost control of his temper during a deposition and berated another Cincinnati attorney by yelling, "I'm not going to f*&k around with this bull$#|+" and repeatedly telling the deponent, "answer my f*&king questions." Opposing counsel became so upset, he abruptly ended the deposition and filed a motion with Hamilton County Common Pleas Court Judge Melba Marsh seeking sanctions against Hackett for his "abusive," "uncivil," and "thoroughly unprofessional" conduct. Even Judge Melba Marsh, who has been known to invoke the Lord's help when sentencing some of those misunderstood yoofs who frequent her courtroom, had no trouble deciding this issue all by herself. If elected to Congress, maybe Poor Paul couldsimply ask the House clerk to strike his curse words from the record whenever he disagrees with another member.Yeah, that's exactly the kind of guy we need in Congress...he'd be quite the uniter and not the divider...
Mark's Remarks
I am sure he will be welcomed in open arms by John F'n Kerry and Harry "Loser" Reid. You see, this is the basis of Dem attacks nowadays. No substance, just smear. In the case of Kerry and the Rolling Stone, an F'n smear. In the case of Harry Reid, calling the Leader of the Free World a Loser to a group of children. Wow, big charges there, boys. And boy, Paul, verbally beating up a witness...gee, did you get your law degree by watching NYPD Blue or by watching some other drama? Goodness, this person is proving more and more to not only be unethical, evasive, but also pathological in his distate for truth and good dialogue.
