I don't know how I missed this post over at BizzyBlog, but I did...and you definitely need to read it.
Apparently the losers in the Kelo case are now being subjected to demands for back rent on the property they lost. Yeah. You read that right. Check out Tom's post for the details and then write your state legislators and tell them to get their act together and restrict eminent domain seizures.
