This is just absurd. We don't like the fever swamp left for doing things exactly like this. Oh, I know, they did it all first with Reagan, so it was payback time with Clinton. Sheesh, I thought we were the mature party in this country...

I agree with Matt in regards to this story, and the level of ridiculousnes involved. However, there is a correlation. Bill Clinton did in fact create a lack of respect and adherence to perjury laws and the power of Congress.
Similarly, while President Clinton did not say, "hey, young people have more sex and oral sex," he did, however, create a culture whereby people joked about promiscuity with the attitude that, 'hey, if the President did it, why shouldn't we be able to?'
That being said, any direct connection to be seen between Rafe and Willie is anecdotal, highly loosely anecdotal, at best....
