What's This About?

Check out this bit on ONN:
The Pentagon says it has stripped an Army four-star general of his command.
Military officials won't go into any more detail -- other than saying the move follows an investigation of "personal conduct."

General Kevin Byrnes oversaw all Army training programs and the development of combat guidelines.

Disciplinary action against general officers isn't unheard of, but it's extremely rare for a four-star general to be relieved of command.

Byrnes held the position as commander of Training and Doctrine Command since November 2002.

An Army statement says the episode "is undergoing further review to determine the appropriate final disposition."
That must be some serious personal conduct! 4-star generals don't just get relieved very often...whatever this is about has got to be pretty serious. TRADOC is an important post, too... This is one to watch...
