Personally, I'm okay with this on the condition that inspectors have to input a special code every day in order to prevent the reactor from blowing up...this way, Little Kim can't throw everybody out when he decides he's going to renege on the deal...
I do not buy it when these guys say that they want nuclear technology for energy reasons...
