Apparently, the French are all ticked off because their entertainment sucks and France can't have anybody being entertained, so they got together with a bunch of other America haters and went to the United Nations and sulked enough to get some worthless "cultural diversity" treaty passed.
So what's this got to do with socialism? the French would rather redistribute the entertainment "wealth" than actually be entertained. Sounds like socialism to me.
