Check out this graph. If you compare statistics and factor in the time period of administrations, Clinton presided over much more bloodshed than George W. Bush. Especially when you consider, he helped establish the Taliban by ignoring Afghan pleas for help in fighting off the Islamofascist regime. Also, you factor in his inaction in what happened in Rwanda. So, the myth of GWB presiding over more world violence than Bubba is ludicrous.
