More Immigration Madness: Ohio Style

From ONN:
Last week, Gilboa teenager Manuel Bartsch was looking forward to graduating in the town where he grew up. But now he's hoping to get out of jail, caught in the middle of an immigration nightmare.

He was the All-American boy next door playing football, and going to the high school dance with his girlfriend. Today, the 18-year-old senior called his girlfriend from jail.

Bartsch has been declared an illegal immigrant and ordered deported to Germany, a country he can hardly remember.
Apparently, the boy came to America with his grandfather when he was 8 years old. The boy's lawyer says that he has no family in Germany.

I don't understand how we can keep this kid in jail, but do the catch and release game with the rest of the illegals in this state.

Don't get me wrong...I think this boy has some serious issues that he needsto get worked out with our government so that he can live here legally. Which brings me to the grandfather...is he here legally?
