That prosecutor in Texas, Ronnie "Hack" Earle is trying to squash the free speech rights of the Free Enterprise Fund.But wait, I forgot: unless the Dems and John McCain want to hear it, you don't have free speech. Silly me.
Just remember this about Mr. Earle:
He has long used his position to crush his political enemies by serving indictments;
He has long used his position to garner financial support for his pet causes in exchange for no prosecutions.
He has no ethics, and now we see free speech under attack in Texas.
