McEwen Still Deceiving OH-02

Check out the endorsements at the bottom of his Newsroom page. They are from the primary for the special election last year. I am not aware that Bob McEwen has scored any endorsements for this primary, but as usual, Bob McEwen is going to try to confuse people in to thinking he still has these endorsements.

How do we know if these folks still support Bob McEwen? There have been no announcements that I can find.

11:35AM Update

Malia Rulon has gotten in to the act. She notes that Schmidt has picked up the endorsement of Dr. John Willke and asks if McEwen will be updating his website.

2:25PM Update

Is McEwen's deception illegal? Judge for yourself... Ohio Revised Code 3517.21. Specifically, section B8:
(B) No person, during the course of any campaign for nomination or election to public office or office of a
political party, by means of campaign materials, including sample ballots, an advertisement on radio or television or in a newspaper or periodical, a public speech, press release, or otherwise, shall knowingly and with intent to affect the outcome of such campaign do any of the following:
8) Falsely identify the source of a statement, issue statements under the name of another person without authorization, or falsely state the endorsement of or opposition to a candidate by a person or publication;
I'm no lawyer, but it certainly doesn't sound too legal to me...
