MVCA Column Update

I've been a bit lax in filing columns with the Miami Valley Conservative Alliance's Commentary and Journal but I rehashed the Ohio Patriot Act bit that I wrote here last week and I have a response to a fellow MVCAer's article on RFID IDs.
