In a recent interview with Human Events, Newtie said that he believed that President Bush was British Prime Minister Baldwin in the 1930s and that the leader of Iran was Adolf Hitler. In other words, he is saying we are appeasing the Nazis of today. Funny, Newtie, but I do believe appeasing madmen was the OTHER guy's shtick, you know, Bubba Clinton, who gave the North Koreans all they needed to build nuclear missles, including specs for reactors, and material.
Umm, Uncle Newtie, could you stop your shadow campaign for the nomination, because I hate to tell you, it doesn't matter how many photo ops you get with HillRod, the Dems arent voting for you. You, like HillRod are just too polarizing. And, demeaning the President's handling of foreign affairs to further your own candidacy makes you no better than John Kerry. Mr. Speaker, did you not see the State of the Union address this year? This president is addressing Iran.
You know, Uncle Newtie, if your party had more people with spines, if Congress were more than a politically correct club, then maybe we would do more. However, it isn't happening now, and Bush is doing all he can. Quit campaigning for a minute, trying to distance yourself, and actually provide some solutions beyond just reciting, "well, Churchill said...." Well, what should we do now, sir? I'm waiting.....
