Harris Needs to Answer Some Questions

From the WMD Mailbag:
To Whom It May Concern:

My name is Brian Stull and I am the Chairman of the Tuscarawas County Young Republicans. I regularly read the blogs and I thought you would like some information on Mr. Harris, Bob Ney's opponent in the Primary. I have sent an email about 2 days ago to Mr. Harris to ask him a few questions to help decide whether or not we can support him or not. I have included what [I] sent to Mr. Harris a couple days ago below. Mr. Harris has yet to respond and if he doesn't respond the next question I have is that "What is he hiding?"

Thanks for your time!

Brian Stull
Chairman

Dear Mr. Harris,

I have been reading all of your press releases and following you on your website. In deciding whether or not we can support you, I need you to answer the following questions. Please answer all questions in a straightforward manner

1-You claim to have roots to the district? Have you or your immediately family (not your fifth great uncle) lived in the 18th Congressional District, prior to your move to Zanesville from Bexley. I understand you registered to vote on Feb. 2, 2006 for the first time in the 18 th District—is this true?

2-Where did you live prior to moving to Bexley in 2003? You talk about living in New York City, how long did you live there? How many years did you live in Bexley? What dates?

3-You talk about your business, Harris Investment….where exactly is that located? How many employees do you have, and how long is that business been located in Zanesville? Is it registered with the Secretary of State's office as a business?

4-Please tell me some of your campaign strategies and how you plan on winning this primary, especially when you claim that this is a "David and Goliath" type of race. If you feel that your chances are slim, why are you in this race?

In order to support you, we need to know how you plan on winning and more information on your background. Everyone knows Bob Ney, and will make a judgment, but we don't know you.

I have followed the blogs and you seem to evade these questions when asked. I plan on posting your answers on blogs, and I am sure that the bloggers will await your responses.
This sort of reminds me of ANOTHER candidate I've been learning a LOT about this week... This is becoming something of a trend having candidates parachute in out of nowhere to run for office...
