Trey Parker and Matt Stone are not going to take it anymore. The two creators of South Park are going to react to the hypocrisy of Isaac Hayes in quitting the series for making fun of scientology, even though other religions have been skewered in the past. Hayes, who was the popular chef character, quit the show after scientology came into the gunsights of the pair behind Team America: World Police. You know, I find it so funny, Christians are always labelled as intolerant, unable to take a joke, too thin-skinned, but where are the massive protests by Christians against the show. Except for the language, many Christians I know find the show mildly entertaining if not being outright fans. Why is scientology fanatics like Cruise given free passes in the media, while people of Christian faith are skewered?
Matt and Trey were merely seeking to educate the masses about scientology. According to my texts and research, the notion of the space aliens and all that is EXACTLY what these folks believe. So, is the problem your sham of a cult has been revealed to the masses, or is it that you just are upset you didn't get more geld?
