20 Reasons

10 Reasons to Vote Pierce

In no particular order...
  • 1. He will be a citizen legislator, not a career politician.

  • 2. He has a variety of real life experiences as an entrepreneur and as an educator that he would take with him to Washington.

  • 3. He supports our troops and their mission.

  • 4. He supports our Constitutional right to bear arms.

  • 5. He supports lower taxes and lower spending.

  • 6. He believes in limited government.

  • 7. He supports actual Congressional oversight of the federal bureaucracy.

  • 8. He supports real immigration reform.

  • 9. He supports an alternative energy plan that includes ANWR.

  • 10. He supports the idea that all of the President's judicial nominees deserve an "up or down" vote.

Five Reasons to NOT Vote DeWine

    In no particular order...
  • 1. DeWine is a proud member of the Gang of 14 that has prevented the "up or down" vote of a number of the President's judicial nominees.

  • 2. The people of Alaska want drilling in ANWR, DeWine doesn't.

  • 3. DeWine frequently sides with those who support gun control.

  • 4. DeWine loves pork...and I'm not talking about the other white meat.

  • 5. DeWine is not responsive to constitutent needs.

  • Five Reasons to NOT Vote Smith

    In no particular order...
  • 1. Residency. Smith has only lived in the state for about a year and a half.

  • 2. Three-time loser. Smith has run and lost in Utah, Tennessee, and in Ohio's 2nd Congressional district.

  • 3. Substance. Smith gets points for style, but has no substance. Have a protracted conversation with Smith on the issues and you'll get cliches and platitudes.

  • 4. Honesty and Integrity. Smith has trouble telling the whole truth about his background.

  • 5. Character. Character is something a candidate is supposed to have, not be...
