France Update

AP news Alert:

PARIS (AP) The French Foreign Ministry says Rwanda has decided to break diplomatic ties with France.

Will there be condemnation of Rwanda's unilateral "cowboy" diplomacy??? I say: Good for them...having diplomatic ties with France is like having a dialogue with a brick wall...although the wall might actually agree with you once in awhile...
