TOKYO (AP) Japanese foreign minister says Japan capable of producing nuclear weapons but has no plans to possess them.
What does this have to do with North Korea? It has EVERYTHING to do with Littler Kim... I think the timing of this announcement is very interesting. We've received word that private talks between key players hasn't resulted in much, so now Japan is throwing this on the table as a reminder to North Korea that they aren't as big as they think they are... Will it work? I don't think so. Japan is going to have to actually build a device for this gambit to succeed, and I don't believe they have the desire to do so. But it is an interesting move...
