TALLINN, Estonia (AP) President Bush says sectarian violence rocking Iraq is not civil war but part of a lengthy effort by al-Qaida extremists to disrupt democratic progress.I've been saying this for awhile now, but I'll say it again...there aren't enough Sunnis in Iraq for a civil war. If this were really a civil war it would be over by now.

The media would spin that as Bush's problem, but I think the American people would realize what they did on Election Day was a mistake.
