WASHINGTON (AP) The cochairman of the Iraq Study Group says a new U.S. approach to Iraq war cannot be "pie in the sky" and must be a bipartisan effort by President Bush and the Congress.Hey, wasn't the ISG supposed to recommend policy? Why didn't they do that instead of passing the buck and issuing soundbites? The commissions NEVER work...I have no idea why we went along with this yet again...
