PIERRE, S.D. - The South Dakota Senate on Wednesday censured a lawmaker accused of fondling an 18-year-old male page in a motel bed.

Democratic Sen. Dan Sutton admitted sharing a bed with the page last winter but denied groping him.

The censure has no official effect on Sutton's powers.

The Senate could have expelled him instead.

Will South Dakota Democrats demand this guy's immediate resignation and a full investigation? Or were the Democrats just using the Mark Foley Standard because it suited them in the last election cycle?

Of course, the worst part is that the kid will be traumatized forever...
