Via a press release:The Brown County Central Committee will be meeting in Georgetown this Thursday, March 29 at 7pm. There are a number of issues on the agenda. One will be the discussion of the Central Committee's endorsement policy. Also, there will be a discussion on fundraising possiblities including a summer golf outing.
Most importantly, we will be discussing a new treasurer. After many years of dedicated, wonderful, faithful service, Audrey Worthington will be retiring as the Central Committee's treasurer. She will stay on the central committee and will act as a mentor to whomever the Central Committee decides upon to assume the position. Thanks so much for your service, Audrey!
