The National Association of Gals (NAG) seems to think that federal funding for programs that are about fatherhood violate Title IX because they don't offer services to women. My question is this: do abortion clinics that receive any federal funding violate Title IX because they don't provide services for men? Just asking...This quote is just hilarious:
