Virginia Tech Shooter Identified

AP News Alert:

BLACKSBURG, Va. (AP) The Virginia Tech Police Department identified the campus gunman as Cho Seung-Hui, 23, a student and native of South Korea.

What was the motive? I'm hearing jilted lover...but who knows for sure at this point.
