Weekly Ohio GOP Update

The weekly update from the Ohio GOP:
Republicans Providing Leadership in Columbus

While Republicans in the Ohio General Assembly have been actively working to improve the quality of life for all Ohioans, Democrats Ted Strickland, Marc Dann and Jennifer Brunner are quickly finding out that it's much easier to point fingers and complain than to actually lead.

Ted Strickland

Since being sworn in as governor, Strickland has failed to meet the challenges he set for himself. The first 100 days have proven to Ohio that Ted Strickland is in way over his head.

Marc Dann

Marc Dann campaigned against allegations of public corruption, pay-to-play and incompetence in state government. Yet during his first 100 days in office, Dann has established a troubling pattern of corruption and upholding the status quo.

Jennifer Brunner

Despite her overt partisan record as a Franklin County judge, Jennifer Brunner tricked the Ohio public into believing she would bring a fair hand to the Secretary of State's office. Four months into her term, Brunner's record and rhetoric would make even Michael Moore blush.

Democrats' Broken Promises

Apparently it wasn't just Ohio Democrats who campaigned on empty promises. In fact, Strickland, Dann and Brunner may have learned their tricks from the queen of empty promises, Nancy Pelosi.

Ohio Still Leans RED

Check out this recent poll, which shows that Ohio voters want their next president to be a leader with outstanding character and experience. It's still early, but this poll can't be good news for Democrats.
