You know, it is stories like this one that leads Americans to believe that they can't trust the government with the immigration issue...The Politico reports that Murtha sends Rogers an apology note...he's really sorry! I'm not buying that this will prevent him from doing this sort of thing again...I mean, he laughed it off on the floor of the US House of Representatives.
This is a really bad idea...but that has never stopped politicians from collecting new taxes before.
