$54 Million Dollar Pants Case Update

AP News Alert:

WASHINGTON (AP) A judge has ruled in favor of a dry cleaner that was sued for $54 million over a missing pair of pants.

This case was out of control. Near as I can tell, the guy was handed sufficient rope from the judge to hang himself...any appeal will be nothing more than yet another waste of money...but I fully expect him to appeal. And he will lose...again.
