Newly minted county commissioner and former Democrat county party chairman Don Dixon met with county employees yesterday after his first commission meeting. According to the Enquirer, here are his priorities:Among Dixon's top priorities are working on children's services reforms, increasing the county's cash reserves and proposing a countywide economic development plan.Okay...let's see some details...
