ALEXANDRIA, Va. (AP) U.S. Rep. William Jefferson pleads not guilty to federal charges of soliciting hundreds of thousands of dollars in bribes.

Of course he does...I mean that videotape and the cash in the freezer just isn't suffficient evidence of any crime.......
